Something not working?

Most common problems — stuttering audio, no sound, playback stopping, buttons not responding — have quick fixes in the Troubleshooting section:

The fastest way to get help is the Soncraft Discord server. Ask questions, report bugs, or suggest features there.

Use /report in your server, or click the ❓ button on the dashboard. Tell us:

What you expected to happen
What actually happened

You’ll get a short reference code. Discord doesn’t let bots message you privately, so we can’t reply in a DM. To follow up, post your reference code in the Soncraft Discord.
